People use website URLs in all kinds of ways. They send them to other people by email, put them on online discussion boards, or even write them on scraps of paper. This often applies not just to website home pages, but to specific content within a website.

Even though both pages are the same, Google sees the second link as a page all about the product HBM-MX3L because that is in the URL. Also if someone were to email the first link to a colleague it is far more likely to be filtered as spam because of the ? and = symbols.
